Customer Success Specialist (Lithuanian market)

Are you a people-first problem solver who enjoys helping customers and making their day easier? Are you ready to guide and support our customers in using ESTO services in a clear, friendly, and solution-oriented way?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • B2C sales to our existing customer base.

  • Identifying recurring problems and sharing feedback and ideas for improving our processes, products, and customer experience.

  • Supporting team members by substituting colleagues during vacations and helping with related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent Lithuanian (C2) and good English skills (B2) – both written and spoken.

  • A genuinely customer-oriented mindset: you like communicating with people, listening to them, and finding suitable solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility, while also being a supportive team player.

  • You are quick, precise, and accurate in your work, even when handling multiple requests.

  • Experience in customer support or B2C sales is a plus, especially in the consumer lending or financial services sector.
