Customer Success Specialist (Lithuanian market)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
B2C sales to our existing customer base.
Identifying recurring problems and sharing feedback and ideas for improving our processes, products, and customer experience.
Supporting team members by substituting colleagues during vacations and helping with related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent Lithuanian (C2) and good English skills (B2) β both written and spoken.
A genuinely customer-oriented mindset: you like communicating with people, listening to them, and finding suitable solutions.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility, while also being a supportive team player.
You are quick, precise, and accurate in your work, even when handling multiple requests.
Experience in customer support or B2C sales is a plus, especially in the consumer lending or financial services sector.
