You will be in direct contact with the product/engineering teams, especially working closely with the Head of Customer Success and the Customer Success Team Lead, and this way, you will directly impact the company's success.

Working Hours:

    • Fixed hour from 01:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
    • Rotating working day schedule, may include weekends.

Your day-to-day:

    • Be one of the first points of contact to welcome questions or feedback from Webshare's existing and potential customers.
    • Help in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate teams.
    • Keep track of customer reviews and share suggestions coming from Webshare's customers with the Product Team.
    • Make suggestions for our FAQs as well as macros to optimize our customer experience.
    • Contribute to the training of our AI chatbot.
    • Share ideas for automation and workflows.

Your skills and experiences:

    • Fluency in English.
    • Proven prior experience in customer support.
    • Empathy and understanding towards people.
    • Ability to adapt to changes and handle stressful situations.
    • Eagerness to self-learn.
    • High motivation.
    • Nice to have:
    • Experience with intercom automations.
    • Experience with preparing and writing documentation.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 1700 - 2100 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
