Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Customer Service Representative
role. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate entry of load orders into our system, supporting dispatch operations, and delivering a high standard customer service to our customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Accurately entering load information into the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Providing timely and effective support to the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow
• Serving as a key point of contact for clients and customers, maintaining clear and professional communication
  
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and relevant information
• Communicating important updates such as appointment changes, cancellations, and delays to all relevant parties
  

Knowledge and skills required:

1. Proficient in English (verbal and written).
2. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
   
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Attention to details.
5. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
6. Solid data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
7. Educational background in Engineering, Administration, or Finance is a plus.
8. Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced office environment

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00 pm CST ( 1 working Saturday every 2 months)
