DeLaval is now looking for a Customer Service Representative – to support our business in Lithuania.

 

Purpose of Role:
The primary goal of this role is to excel in order entry, management, and problem-solving, adding value to our customers. This position aims to create and promote a positive image of the company by proactively building relationships with customers, maintaining the highest standards of service, and proposing new, efficient solutions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating complex activities independently for large projects and investments, as well as supporting management in key projects. The individual will also serve as the local finance contact.

 

Key ResponsibilitieKs:

  • Excellence in order entry and management to add value to our customers, ensuring open orders and billing are completed on time.
  • Coordinating complex activities independently for large projects and investments and supporting the department manager in key projects.
  • Receiving, organizing, and distributing customer requests to team members.
  • Managing order entry and providing feedback on incomplete information or non-compliance with processes to sales team members.
  • Addressing problem-solving and customer feedback as needed.
  • Ensuring that standards and procedures are followed.
  • Working in partnership with production facilities or distribution centres (Gallin).
  • Coordinating the delivery situation and progress between Supply Chain and Sales/Customers.
  • Managing accounts receivable by contacting customers, maintaining up-to-date reports, ensuring credits and collections are applied, clearing differences, and recording payments and postings.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks related to CRM, inventory management, and more, as needed.
     

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, we expect candidates to have:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to work under time pressure.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a specialist role within customer service/logistics/accounting.
  • General accounting skills and a preference for working with numbers.
  • A bachelor’s or associate degree, preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Native Lithuanian language and good English skills.

  • A starting monthly base salary of 1,950 €. However, we are open to negotiation, depending on your experience and competencies.
