Intro
Join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist and play an important role in delivering a positive experience for our customers. You’ll respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and guide customers through solutions while maintaining clear and professional communication. By understanding customer needs and keeping accurate records of interactions, you’ll help strengthen relationships and ensure issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customers via telephone, email, or written correspondence in a quick and accurate manner, taking ownership of customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Identifying customer needs and helping them use specific features
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and valuable discussions with customers.
We expect You to have:
- Previous experience in resolving customer complaints or working in similar roles
- Familiarity with the aviation industry (this would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- A positive and solution‑oriented mindset
- The ability to multitask effectively
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both spoken and written).
