Meet the team:

As a Customer Care Supervisor, you’ll be part of Dexcom’s Inside Operations team within the Global Business Services (GBS) Centre, supporting the German market. You’ll lead a back-office operations team dedicated to helping patients and families in Germany access Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products.

Where you come in:

  • You will lead and motivate a high-volume operational team focused on a broad variety of customer care administrative tasks in Germany.
  • You will ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and an excellent customer experience.
  • You will manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, retention, and engagement.
  • You will oversee team schedules, staffing, and performance management
  • You will coordinate delivery of training for your team and plan for future team needs (systems, tools, facilities).
  • You will drive a culture of Operational Excellence through continuous improvement and automation initiatives primarily within your team, but also cross-functionally.
  • You will analyze data to identify process optimization opportunities and implement changes.
  • You will collaborate with a broad variety of stakeholders, i.e., internal teams, external partners, customers, etc.

What makes you successful:

  • You are fluent in English; advanced German skills are a strong advantage.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • You bring proven experience in high-volume and performance operations and team management.
  • You feel comfortable with data and make only data-driven decisions.
  • You demonstrate a structured, can-do attitude and resilience in overcoming daily challenges.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement/Lean principles and automation solutions (e.g., RPA) is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of industry experience and informal management/team lead experience.

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,953.75 to €3,648.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
