About the job
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Country Manager who is ready to bring modern wellness solutions to the Lithuanian market. You will be responsible for all sales activities in Lithuania, acting both as a team leader and an active salesperson, and being the face of Stebby in Lithuania. Your mission is to grow the share of our corporate client revenue.
The ideal candidate has experience in the insurance industry, understands the Lithuanian health insurance market, and is eager to be part of Stebby’s ambitious vision to connect health insurance and wellness services – creating a truly effective employee motivation system.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Lithuanian sales team – plan and organize the team's work, conduct 1on1s, performance reviews, daily calls and team meetings.
- Be a “playing coach” – personally identify and meet potential B2B clients to expand our client base and network of partners in Lithuania.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales strategies and processes for the market. Analyze data into actionable next steps.
- Work closely with Stebby's insurance partner to provide B2B clients with suitable insurance solutions.
- Be the face of Stebby in the Lithuanian market by attending related networking events and conferences, primarily among HR managers and CEO's.
- Align and closely collaborate with other teams at Stebby HQ (marketing, product, customer support).
What We’re Looking For
- A true salesperson at heart – a proactive networker and excellent communicator.
- At least 5 years of hands-on sales experience. Work experience in the insurance field is a huge advantage.
- Based in Lithuania with a good understanding of the local business environment.
- A people person and a team-player. Experience leading a small team would be a plus.
- A sense of ownership, the ability to work independently and a decent work ethic.
- Ability to function effectively in hybrid/remote work environment.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English skills. Your primary working language will be Lithuanian, but we are all about English internally.
