DROPAUDIO is one of the leading audio production studios in Lithuania. We work with top advertising agencies, production companies, audiobook publishers, and cultural institutions. We create sound for TV, radio, digital ads, audiobooks, and films. We are a small, creative team, known for reliability and exceptional quality.

About the role

We are looking for a startup-minded, hands-on Chief Operation Officer (COO) who will take charge of day-to-day operations with a strong focus on business development and sales. The role’s core mission is to drive growth, strengthen client relationships (mainly advertising agencies), and help the company move to the next level.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Lithuania and abroad (mainly through agency relationships but also with Business Clients)
• Strengthen and maintain partnerships with key clients
• Lead daily operations and strategic product development
• Coordinate the work of a small creative team (5 FTE + freelancers)
• Ensure smooth project execution, from quotation to delivery
• Implement simple, effective processes to support growth without stifling creativity
• Actively participate in pitches, tenders, and agency networking
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to profitability planning

What we expect

• Proven experience in large scale project management OR business development OR sales within service industries: marketing, media, advertising, PR, audio/video production or similar
• Background in working with or within advertising/digital agencies (must understand agency dynamics and margin models)
• Hands-on operational management experience, ideally in small or growing teams
• Ability to balance structure and flexibility in a creative environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English and Lithuanian
