Our Client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead and oversee content production across all social media channels and influencer collaborations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all content aligns with brand messaging, drives engagement, and supports business growth in the supplements space.

It is a fast-growing company that manages Amazon accounts and runs its own supplements brands. The team works fully remotely, allowing for flexibility and efficiency while maintaining strong collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Help gather Meta ads creatives: AI, UGC, Static, Video (we have the editors and all the services, you don't need to know the editing skills).
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all channels.

Content Production & Supervision

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content including posts, videos, reels, stories, and ads.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, copywriters, and external creators.

Influencer & Creator Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Brief influencers on campaign goals, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Monitor influencer content performance and ensure alignment with brand standards.

Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize content strategy based on data insights and trends.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis within the supplements industry.

Compliance & Brand Integrity

  • Ensure all content complies with advertising guidelines and supplement industry regulations.
  • Maintain transparency and accuracy in health-related messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content management, social media, or influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience working with influencers/creators and managing partnerships.
  • Familiarity with UGC (user-generated content) strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of health, wellness, supplements industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Passionate about nutrition, fitness, or wellness.
  • Basic understanding of supplements marketing.
