At the moment, we are looking for an Analytics Engineer (Mid/Senior) - a person who will work together with the teams that are working hard to make CityBee and MyBee products loved by our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models to help make better decisions
• Collecting and managing data from different systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Monitoring and improving key metrics, helping teams understand what drives performance changes
• Designing and running A/B tests and other experiments to validate ideas and measure the impact of product or marketing initiatives
• Exploring data to uncover new opportunities and trends, such as shifts in user behavior or market dynamics
• Investigating data issues, identifying root causes, and recommending improvements to data processes.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience as a Data or Analytics Engineer / Analyst 
• Strong SQL and Power BI (or similar tools) skills 
• Experience with SSAS models and ETL processes (SSIS or similar) 
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing and Python for data analysis is a plus 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey technical and statistical information 
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Monthly salary:

• From 3400 - 4200 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
