We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide multi-unit leadership and drive the company's financial planning and performance. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing financial efficiency and systematizing finance processes across all business units. The CFO will provide support and resources, both in person and remotely, to our hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial leadership and guidance for company growth, including acquisitions and development projects;
  • Develop and implement financial strategies optimizing efficiency and profitability across all hotels;
  • Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives;
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized financial processes and systems;
  • Be responsible for the success of BI tool implementation and development for strategic decision-making;
  • Oversee all core financial functions, including planning, analysis, reporting (budgeting, forecasting, audits, investor reporting), and operations (cash flow, vendors, daily operations, asset management);
  • Lead strategic financial initiatives, such as investment strategies, fundraising, new hotel accounting systems, pre-opening budgets, and insurance policy fulfillment;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture;
  • Manage bank relationships, explore financing opportunities, and mitigate currency/interest rate risk;
  • Maximize hotel revenue and profitability through strategic financial management and operational understanding.

Requirements:

  • MBA preferred, Bachelor's required;
  • 7+ years progressive financial management experience, ideally in hospitality;
  • Proven leadership and team building skills;
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational acumen;
  • Process improvement and BI implementation expertise;
  • Deep financial knowledge;
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities;
  • Relevant software knowledge a plus;
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
