One of its flagship platforms is SendVersal – an international shipping solution designed specifically for businesses that sell and ship physical products globally. SendVersal connects users to a wide network of couriers, offers instant price comparisons, and enables shipping to over 200+ countries, with full tracking, billing, and API integrations for marketplaces.

Whether it's optimizing parcel logistics or scaling cross-border e-commerce, ReCaras gives its clients the digital tools they need to grow fast and operate efficiently.

Its mission is to support a smarter, more sustainable trade by helping businesses reduce waste and ship more efficiently.

About the Role:

ReCaras is growing and looking for a Business Client Sales Manager to take ownership of expanding its B2B client base through the parcel logistics solution, SendVersal.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Re-engage and convert warm B2B leads from an existing contact base into active clients
  • Extend new B2B opportunities with businesses through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach and proposals to negotiation and onboarding
  • Gather feedback from the market to help shape and improve our offering
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in operations, product, and customer success

Our expectations for the candidate:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (business development or active sales roles)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-driven mindset with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English
