Our team is looking for a new member to join us in either Vilnius or Warsaw.

You will report to the Head of Markets and Transaction Banking Compliance and handle matters regarding the Group’s recorded communication data. It’s an important role, ensuring our Bank stays compliant with both internal and external regulations, that gives you a lot of possibilities for further growth and development.

You will:

  • Analyze and identify large, critical sets of data
  • Conduct the controlling of the recorded communications and follow up on the results
  • Work with Business Procedures, Navigation sheets and other guidelines and documentations
  • Develop and apply knowledge of regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Collaborate with IT Support, HR, Compliance, Front Office, and other business organisations in order to ensure smooth and accurate controlling processes

You don’t need to have it all – we will provide you with necessary trainings to support you in transitioning into and flourishing in your new role.

To ensure a good match, we imagine that you have the following skills and experiences:

  • Advanced data skills with SQL or Python, Power BI or Tableu, or similar
  • At least 1 year of experience working with large data sets, e.g. collection, analysing, modelling, quality assurance
  • Great command of Excel, with experience in building macros, working with large data sets, graphing, etc
  • Experience in analysing, translating, and implementing business requirements into technical specifications for developers
  • Upper-Intermediate in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of any Scandinavian language would be considered a benefit

This position can be located in either Lithuania or Poland. 

If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your qualifications relevant for the job).
