BI Developer - Customer Care Team

In this role you will:

• Do technical support and new feature development to enhance data solutions delivered to customers;
• Manage incidents and fast-track development tasks for minor solution expansions;
• Proactively monitor customer solutions to ensure stability and performance;
• Provide valuable advice and online sessions to customers on optimizing their solutions;
• Work closely with the team to ensure the best customer service and help customers get the most value from their solutions;
• Be part of a dynamic, supportive team where you’ll have the freedom to develop professionally.

What do we expect?

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft’s Business Analytics tools (SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, ADF, Azure DevOps);
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and tabular models;
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Several years of relevant experience in data solutions or analytics;
• A solution-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers;
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and working with modern data platforms.
