About the job

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist with a proven track record, who would help our sales team to fast-track Stebby’s growth in Lithuania. You will be ensuring a high-quality sales process for B2B clients to grow the share of our corporate client revenue.


What you will do

  • Growing the customer base with active sales to both warm and cold B2B clients, up-selling to existing clients.
  • Communicating with customers by phone, online, and face-to-face.
  • Conducting DEMO-meetings.
  • Representing Stebby in different events and being an active ambassador of Stebby.
  • Working with CRM (Pipedrive) and keeping it tidy.
  • Helping and advising customers with onboarding.
  • Maintaining and warming customer relations.
  • Aligning and closely collaborating with other teams (mainly Customer Support and Marketing).


What we are looking for

  • Great communicator and proactive seller with positive mindset.
  • Confidence in telesales and/or direct sales; experience in sales management would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to grow together with Stebby and develop yourself.
  • Experience with health insurance sales is also considered an advantage.
  • A people person and a team-player.
  • A sense of ownership, ability to work independently and decent work ethic.
  • Ability to function effectively in hybrid work environment.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English skills with strong presentation and communication skills.
