In this role you will be responsible for:
- Negotiate and maintain partnerships with airlines to secure competitive rates and terms.
- Manage flight allocations, availability, and scheduling for tour packages.
- Analyze aviation trends and performance metrics to improve operations.
- Participate in flight program planning and fleet management.
- Cooperate with the CoE Aviation department and SkyUp to align strategies and optimize resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of flight services into travel itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
Professional experience and skills:
- Experience in fleet management.
- Bachelorβs degree in Aviation Management.
- Experience in Aviation industry (airlines, TO).
- Experience with GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
- Negotiation skills with international companies.
- Experience in managing various fleet projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Fluent English.
