About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
Leadership and team management
- Lead and execute strategic projects supporting business priorities and growth
- Build and develop high-performing teams through effective coaching and resource management
- Set clear objective, monitor team’s performance and provide regular feedback fostering professional development.
- Coordinate workflow planning and task allocation to ensure consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure proper workload management.
- Succession planning ensuring business continuity and talent development.
Operational excellence
- Oversee payment processing operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance targets
- Monitor and maintain compliance with internal and external procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Review and authorize team deliverables, ensuring quality control standards are met
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Develop, analyze and present operational performance deck to senior management highlighting key milestones, metrics, improvements or risks.
- Monitor operational risks, suggest and implement controls to mitigate potential issues.
Client and stakeholder management
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and inter-office communications
- Resolve complex operational challenges and service delivery issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and third-party partners
- Lead client meetings to evaluate service quality and drive continuous improvement

About You:
- Experienced in managerial role in related financial service delivery field (1-2+ years)
- Excellent command of English
- Possess effective organizational and communication skills
- You have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar
Salary ranges
3300 - 4500 Eur gross monthly
