  • Collaborate on the development of seasonal menus, commercial calendars, and food & beverage initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between hotel-based F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, and the Group Director of F&B
  • Guide hotel teams in developing and improving training practices tailored to their concepts and service style
  • Ensure smooth implementation and monitoring ongoing usage of key F&B systems across the portfolio
  • Provide operational support during pre-opening and opening phases of new hotels
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics across various platforms (e.g., Medallia, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Google)
  • Support financial performance through cost management, margin optimization, and efficient workflows
  • Reflecting maintenance and further development of existing own brands, as well as participation in future conceptual development
  • Encourage employee well-being and team engagement through structured follow-up and coaching

  • Strong operational knowledge across both kitchen and service functions
  • Proven ability to analyze and summarize hotel performance data into clear actions and insights
  • Familiarity with F&B systems and Office package
  • Experience in multi-property or corporate-level environments is a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly across our hotel portfolio
  • Fluent in English
