We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our company’s co-founders and C-level executives. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, ensuring smooth daily operations while handling a wide range of administrative tasks. As the sole administrative support in the department, you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, organization, and a welcoming office environment.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain office organization, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times.
Manage company calendars, schedule meetings, and handle personnel requests.
Assist with daily office needs, including coffee runs and general team support.
Track birthdays and arrange gifts or celebrations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
Process and upload invoices as requested by management.
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
Support other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Run various personal errands.
Organize leadership team and personal events.
Find and book hotels, restaurants, and activities for executives.
