Accounts Payable Accountant

Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Ensuring efficiency and compliance in AP workflows
- Performing daily AP accounting tasks and reconciliations
- Supporting other departments within expertise
- Assisting in improving the purchasing (P2P) process
- Following up on unapproved or rejected invoices
- Handling internal payments and creating provisions
- Investigating and resolving invoice processing issues
- Providing support via email and phone
- Contributing to process improvements and company projects
- Continuously developing expertise through learning opportunities.
We expect You to have:
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, taxes and other mandatory documentation requirements for bookkeeping and accounting
- Knowledge of Business Accounting Standards
- Good command of English language
- Good MS Office skills (particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel)
- Knowledge of NAVISION system is mandatory
- Experience in aviation sector would be considered as advantage.
