What you’ll be doing:

• Handle day-to-day accounting: accounts payable & receivable, postings, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping in line with local requirements and IFRS
• Maintain clear and organized accounting documentation
• Prepare VAT declarations, Intrastat, and statistical reports
• Support audits 
• Assist the Financial Controller and contribute to ongoing improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or audit
• Ability to work independently and manage your responsibilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance
• Strong MS Excel skills and confidence using digital tools
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Progress toward ACCA or similar certification
