Brand Growth and Performance Department
The Brand Growth & Performance department brings together passionate creatives, storytellers, and cybersecurity experts dedicated to building and maintaining our media publishing brands. From producing high-quality editorial content to running top-tier YouTube channels covering breaking tech news, original research, and in-depth analysis, this team thrives on making an impact. They are committed to delivering valuable, high-quality information to a global audience, ensuring every piece of content informs, engages, and inspires.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, ensuring high-quality output and continuous professional growth
    • Create a highly collaborative environment where team members can thrive and leverage their strengths
    • Ensure clear transparent communication across the department
    • Identify and eliminate roadblocks by working closely with Tech Leads to optimize processes
    • Set and track team OKRs, ensuring a balance between efficiency and content quality
    • Review work, provide feedback and guidance to help team members refine their skills and contributions
    • Maintain an organized and well-documented workflow to ensure seamless content execution
    • Optimize and improve content strategies to align with audience engagement and growth metrics

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

    • Proven experience in leading large teams, with a focus on content production for digital platforms
    • Advanced written and spoken English skills for clear and effective communication
    • A strong ability to balance efficiency with creativity while delivering high-quality content
    • Great communicator and problem solver both in person and through a distance
    • A structured approach to managing tasks, schedules, and team coordination
    • The ability to offer constructive feedback that drives improvement and innovation
    • An understanding of YouTube content and its production processes is a great advantage
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus
    • SEO and YouTube keyword knowledge are advantageous

GROSS SALARY

    • From 3000-3500 EUR gross per month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
