You’ll work closely with our Employer Branding and Internal Communications teams to tell stories that show what we’re really about — solving complex problems, owning our results, and building a workplace worth sharing. From concept to final cut, you'll craft video content that’s real, bold, and true to our culture.

Your day-to-day:

    • Produce video and photo content for Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives.
    • Oversee the entire video content process — from idea generation and pre-production to post-production — including filming, editing, and adding motion graphics, effects, and audio.
    • Manage logistics for photoshoots and execute photography tasks.
    • Maintain video production equipment and manage digital files and assets.
    • Collaborate with teams across the organization.

Your skills & experiences:

    • At least 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
    • Proficiency in high-definition camera equipment, shot composition, and lighting fundamentals.
    • Knowledge of video production best practices, tools, and software.
    • Experience in creating scripts & content ideas from scratch.
    • Well organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
    • Experience with AI video generation tools.

      • Nice to have:
    • Experience in creating short form videos and reels for Instagram and YouTube.

Salary & Work Benefits Package:

    • Gross salary: 2100 - 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.

Working Hours:
