About the Team & Business Line:
The Investment Transition team takes the lead in on-boarding new clients onto Citco Technology platforms to build a foundation for the Accounting as well as integrates new Client investments into Accounting and BAU.
The Investment Transition team is seeking a Vice President to lead the global Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and Transaction On-boarding team. This specialised team is made up of professionals who are subject matter experts that consult to the business on matters relating to new SPV acquisitions and the related system setup, and accounting. The Client Integration Vice President is responsible for leading of virtual teams tasked with project managing new client investments in the SPVs as well as supervision of the overall Real Assets SPVs pipeline.
Your Role:
Work with the SVP to achieve the long term strategy and objectives of the CoE in order to support the Real Estate line of business’ global objectives;
Provide subject matter expertise on Citco’s systems and implementation processes;
Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs;
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models;
Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies;
Project Manage New Business: New clients launches, Organic growth launches, Adding services, major SLA change, process improvements;
Manage and maintain good relationship with Clients, lead special Client calls as well as ensure high quality communication with Clients, Sellers and other stakeholders via different channels (emails, calls);
Supervise and manage new acquisitions pipeline;
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with KPIs and service level agreements;
Establish control procedures to minimize the occurrence of errors and follow the escalation matrix to ensure that all issues are reported in a timely manner;
Facilitate a culture of innovation and process improvements and drive efficiencies within the team;
Hands on work on complex RA SPV acquisitions involving but not limited to communication with various stakeholders, preparing acquisition memos, acquisition reconciliation, IFRS treatment and etc.;
Manage SPVs Yardi set-up in both Citco and Client systems;
Incoming and Outgoing File Control: Incoming File Testing, Process Flow, Extract File Development / Solutions;
Take part in SLA and KPI agreements, arranging for execution;
Draft task performance procedures and/or operational memorandum;
Lead and contribute to internal process improvement projects;
Contribute to development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms;
Lead International SPV Integration team, coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, training and development of the team.
About You:
You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics; IFRS knowledge required;
5+ years of Shared Service Center, CoE, Big 4 or large mid-sice public accounting firm experience.
5+ years experience in external client facing;
2+ year experience managing teams;
You have working knowledge of RE or PE SPV accounting.;
You have proven Project Management Experience;
You are strong team player who exhibits strong communication and written skills;
You are able to handle multiple projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines as well as delegate work across direct reports;
You have proven Relationship Management Experience;
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
You have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices, and a strong interest in further development and learning.
Salary Ranges
4300 - 5600 EUR GROSS
