What we are looking for:

Looking for a Mid+/ Senior UX/ UI Designer who will work with interesting and challenging products and clients from the USA and Europe. This is a freelance position for the duration of the project. The position is remote, and candidates from any geographical location are welcome to apply.

Day to day/Tasks on the Project:

    • Discussing the scope of work with a client;
    • Conduct user research and gather insights from all the stakeholders;
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions;
    • Develop intuitive and user-centered UI designs that reflect the brand's identity and enhance overall usability;
    • Design user flows and interaction models that optimize user journeys and drive seamless navigation;
    • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders ensuring continuous improvement;
    • Analyzing current web or mobile applications and providing suggestions on how to improve UX/UI of it;
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into your work.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in a UX/UI designer role;
    • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant work;
    • Expertise in complex technical Web/ Mobile application design processes;
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro;
    • Ability to understand the needs of a client;
    • Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week on the Scale3C Projects;
    • SaaS knowledge- would be a plus;
    • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished and visually appealing designs;
    • Fluency in English.
