Our client is a well-established international company operating in the renewable energy sector, delivering advanced solar and energy storage solutions across multiple European markets. To support their growing operations in Lithuania, they are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented Technical Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for PV systems, BESS solutions, and EV chargers
Support clients and internal sales teams with product-related technical consultations
Commission solar inverters and battery energy storage systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate warranty replacements
Advise customers on optimal PV plant configurations
Prepare technical documentation for tenders and project applications
Close cooperation with Sales department (trainings, meetings, exhibitions, presentations)
Handle technical hotline support via phone and e-mail for the Lithuanian market
Requirements
Degree or technical education in electrical engineering, electronics, power engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience
Knowledge of electrical safety regulations, electrical measurements, and installations is an advantage
Experience with solar energy systems or renewable energy solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team-player mindset with effective time management abilities
Fluent Lithuanian communication skills
English language skills at minimum B2 level
Russian language skills at B1/B2 level
Driving licence category B
