You enjoy working closely with clients, aligning internal teams, and making sure performance marketing campaigns deliver results. You’re technically sharp, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned international clients, ensuring smooth and timely communication
    • Manage and monitor multiple live lead generation campaigns, keeping an eye on performance, lead quality, and delivery targets
    • Coordinate across internal teams (media buying, tech, biz dev) to troubleshoot issues and optimize campaign performance
    • Support the creation and improvement of landing pages and funnels, identifying performance bottlenecks
    • Proactively solve problems as they arise, using sound judgment to escalate or act independently
    • Contribute to documentation, workflow optimization, and help shape account management processes as the department grows
    • Help lay the foundation for future team scale-up, with opportunities to step into a leadership role

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

    • Account management or client-facing experience, ideally in a digital marketing or lead generation setting
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
    • Basic familiarity with digital performance marketing, landing pages, and campaign funnels
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and across multiple projects
    • Willingness to work evening shifts (3 PM–12 AM LT time), with potential for shift adjustments as the team expands
    • Bonus if you’ve worked with call tracking tools, campaign monitoring, or media buying teams

GROSS SALARY
