Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

What you'll be doing

This is an opportunity to jump right into the middle of the vortex and see how everything works from the inside. You’ll gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing and acquisition, helping to shape the company’s future by identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates. Essential skills to succeed in this role are communication, organization, and time management.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Actively sourcing and attracting candidates (mostly in IT and Engineering fields).
  • Communicating with applicants and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating a candidate database (including active applicants, passive prospects, and past employees).
  • Collaborating with the HR team while also taking ownership of individual projects.
  • Contributing fresh ideas to improve talent acquisition and enhance company culture.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in Recruitment and Headhunting.
  • Strong initiative - able to suggest and implement ideas independently.
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resiliance to monotonous tasks.
