Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the hiring process for our Lithuania Delivery Center, focusing on Java engineering, architecture, and technical consulting roles.
Active Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive talent through advanced headhunting, networking, and community building.
Engineering Partnership: Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to understand project requirements, tech stacks, and team dynamics.
Process Excellence: Use recruitment metrics and pipeline insights to ensure a transparent, efficient, and predictable hiring journey.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Nortal within the local tech ecosystem, positioning the Lithuania Delivery Center as a top choice for senior engineering talent.
Remote-First: We prioritise flexibility. You can work fully remotely or use our modern hubs in Vilnius and Kaunas.
