On-site

We’re looking for a System Analyst for Workplace Technology to join us at Telia.

I’m Lukas Mikalauskas, leading our Workplace Technologies and Support Services, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on managing 20,000 endpoint devices across the Nordics and Baltics – keeping every colleague’s digital workday running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

You’ll build our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) practice from the ground up – turning endpoint data into insight, and insight into action.

  • Develop live fleet health dashboards and alerting on top of Splunk and Microsoft Endpoint Analytics – the data pipelines already exist; you’ll make them work for us
  • Create the metrics and baselines that define digital experience health across our Windows, Mac, and Citrix environments – device performance, patch and compliance error trends, session quality
  • Consult our engineering teams and Service Desk with evidence-backed problem statements – correlating telemetry with ticket patterns to eliminate root causes before users are affected
  • Shape our DEX roadmap – from operationalizing today’s tooling to building the case for what comes next

What will help you thrive in this role:

This is a build role, not a maintain role – you’ll be our first System Analyst dedicated for Workplace technology, so ownership and analytical curiosity matter more than a perfect CV match.

  • Ability to turn raw telemetry into a clear story: baselines, trends, anomalies, and a recommendation that drives action
  •  Experience with building dashboards and analysis in Splunk (SPL) or a similar telemetry and analytics platform would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with modern endpoint management – Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM, and Windows endpoint internals (performance, updates, compliance) is a plus
  • Exposure to DEX platforms (Nexthink, 1E, ControlUp, Lakeside), Endpoint Analytics, macOS/Jamf, Citrix, or scripting (PowerShell, Python, KQL) – a strong plus
  • Fluency in English
