Supply Chain Operations Specialist (2 years fixed-term contract)

We are currently inviting Supply Chain Operations Specialist  to join our team.

As a part of Supply Chain Operations team you will play a key role in keeping supply chain running seamlessly acros Baltics. You will coordinate product flows, solve challenges on the go and collaborate with teams across departments to make sure every product reaches the right place at the right time and in the right quantity.

No two days are the same – you will combine data- driven insigts with hands-on problem solving to ensure smooth, efficient and reliable operations that keeps our stores full and customers satisfied.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate, manage and optimize goods flow in internal systems
• Participate in non-standard situation solving – from delivery challenges to quality issues
• Analyze sales data and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Ensure consistent product availability and smooth daily operations while collaborating with cross-functional departments in Baltics
• Participate in seasonal business by preparing demand analyse, creating odering plans and following up execution/performance 

About you:

• Experience in related field will be considered as an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis tools., Experience with Google Sheets – advantage
• Very good English language skills (B2 level or higher), German would be considered as an advantage
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends and make decisions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Responsible and result-oriented personality
• Problem solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
