Join our Structural Engineering team in Lithuania 

Become a valued member of our expanding Structural Engineering department, home to over 60 dedicated experts.  As a seasoned engineer, you will contribute your engineering knowledge to support projects throughout Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, collaborating with our international colleagues to deliver top-tier structural engineering solutions. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: 

  • Performing local and global calculations for steel, cast-in-situ, or precast structures 

  • Preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation 

  • Creating 3D modeling of various structures using Tekla or Revit 

  • Delivering projects reliably within deadlines 

  • Building and maintaining strong, value-driven relationships with colleagues across COWI offices

On top of that, you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering 

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant engineering experience 

  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and industry standards 

  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) 

  • Experience with FEM-Design, SOFiSTiK, IDEA StatiCa, or Robot Structural Analysis is a plus 

  • Proficiency with Revit or Tekla Structures preferred 

  • Knowledge of Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) is an advantage

The salary for this position ranges from 2400 to 4400 EUR before taxes. The final offer is individual and will be based on your competencies and experience.
