Now we are looking for a Data Specialist to join the team in Vilnius, Lithuania.


 

ABOUT THE TEAM: 

The Status Data Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of data from our suppliers to our products. This role works closely with internal development teams and external suppliers to maintain seamless data operations and enhance data reliability. With a hands-on, proactive mindset, the role supports data flow monitoring, issue investigation, documentation, and onboarding new data content. You’ll collaborate across teams and systems to make sure our data is flowing right, problems are caught early, and improvements are continuous.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:  

    • Monitor data feeds and dashboards daily, react to alerts promptly, and take ownership of resolving issues to maintain accurate and timely data delivery.
    • Investigate data gaps or anomalies using internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, SQL, Git) and collaborate with technical teams or suppliers to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
    • Own documentation practices by creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date information that supports team learning and supplier alignment.
    • Build strong relationships with suppliers by validating data formats, supporting alignment with our standards, and participating in supplier meetings with confidence and clarity.
    • Support the onboarding of new data feeds by coordinating with stakeholders, testing data integrity, and sharing feedback to improve long-term data quality.
    • Contribute to on-call support, ensuring quick issue resolution and clear communication during critical incidents.

     

    IF YOU HAVE:  

    • Proficiency in working with structured data, using tools like SQL and Excel to analyse and troubleshoot.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working independently, managing changing priorities, and making clear decisions in ambiguous situations.
    • Collaborates proactively, seeks alignment early, and brings others into the loop to avoid delays or missteps.
    • Attention to detail and a naturally curious mindset that looks for patterns, gaps, and improvements not just the Leadership team but the wider organisation
