Role Responsibilities
Digital Review Team Specialist will play a critical role in monitoring the flow of work, daily reporting and supporting management with process implementations.
Monitoring the flow of transactions and workload distributions within the team.
Providing support by working on transactions from the real-time queue.
Contacting customers when it’s needed.
Ensuring that compliance regulations are met.
Resolving complex problems independently.
Assisting with escalation calls handling.
Working closely with supervisors and quality teams to share best practices.
Role Requirements
At least 6 months of experience working with Digital Risk and Digital Customer verification tasks is needed.
Knowledge of Snowflake is a huge bonus.
Experience in analysis and reporting in a related field.
Analytical, organized, and possess strong customer service skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs.
Work will be in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,812– 2,658 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
