Role Summary

Are you passionate about building innovative, customer-facing applications? AccuSourceHR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Innovation team. You’ll work on cutting-edge solutions using Python, PHP, Vue.js, and AI technologies, helping us disrupt the market and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using PHP, Python, and Vue.js.
• Engineer AWS-based solutions aligned with architecture and security standards.
• Visualize and support AI feature development in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and reviews.
• Leverage automation and write clean, maintainable code.
• Organize documentation and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
• Provide peer support and participate in team planning and growth.

Education/Experience

Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in web application development.
• 1–2 years of experience in front-end development (JavaScript, Vue.js, or similar).
• Solid experience in backend programming using Python or PHP, including database and REST API development

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or similar).
• Familiarity with asynchronous frameworks like FastAPI or Aiohttp.
• Interest in AI-driven development tools (e.g., Copilot, JetBrains AI Assistant).

• Languages & Frameworks: Python or PHP, JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend & Database: REST APIs, MySQL
• Tools & Methodologies: Git, Agile/Scrum

Physical Requirements

• Ability to commute to our Vilnius office 2 times / week.
• A dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work, including proper seating and desk setup.
• Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
