ABOUT THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a curious, growth-minded Software Engineer in Test to join our multi-skilled engineering team of five in Lithuania. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of flight schedule data that powers OAG’s core products.
Our team values a T-shaped mindset - one that combines deep expertise in your craft with the flexibility to collaborate across disciplines. You’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and data engineers to design, implement, and maintain high-quality test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Technologies used:
- Testing & Quality: Automated testing in C#/.NET using unit and integration testing frameworks, Fluent Assertions, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript
- Cloud & Data: Azure, Snowflake, Docker, Terraform, DataDog
- Practices & Tools: CI/CD pipelines, SonarCloud for static code analysis.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design, implement, and maintain both manual and automated tests
- Collaborate with developers and data engineers to embed testability early in development and uphold quality through code reviews
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments
- Explore and troubleshoot complex data and application issues
- Help refine requirements and challenge assumptions when needed
- Support monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with at least one OOP language (e.g. C#)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation
- Experience using testing tools (e.g. Postman, JMeter)
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
- Comfortable working in CI/CD environments
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience with C#/.NET
 
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Snowflake, Terraform, or DataDog
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with BDD frameworks (SpecFlow).

We will ensure that the exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary starts from 3250 EUR gross per month).
