Senior Technical consultant (TIA)

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Senior Technical Consultant to become a key player in our Vilnius team. If you're a seasoned TIA expert and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Konstitucijos 21B, Vilnius, Lithuania

Working Model: Hybrid (after probation period)

This position will be part of Sapiens’ P&C division.

What you’ll do:

• Technical design work, development, configuration and set up in relation to Tia implementations;
• Performing and optimizing customers’ upgrades to new versions of Tia Solution;
• Participation in technical product and skills workshops;
• Review of requirements and technical design along with QA of set-up, design, architecture and infrastructure;
• Performance optimization;
• Contributing to technical documentation.

What to Have for this position:

• Experience working with Oracle-based business systems like Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle database;
• Experience with implementation of standard solutions applying Agile and waterfall methods;
• Background in requirement gathering & mapping users’ needs;
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel

Good to have Skills:

• Experience working with the Tia solution would be a great plus.
• Knowledge of insurance, financial services, and InsurTech of FinTech ecosystems are all welcome additions;
• Familiarity with technologies: SQL, ADF, WebLogic, REST services
• Experience with defining IT architecture and infrastructure in co-operation with the client, along with standard solutions; 
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Actuary, Mathematics or similar.
