In this role, you will join our Operations team - a dynamic, multi-faced team that partners with all areas of the agents (partner companies) implementation and other functional units based globally to ensure agents are set up with a high accuracy, timeliness, and integrity.

As a Specialist, Business Analysis, you will work closely with various functional units such as Finance, Legal, Field Operations, Systems, Treasury, Technology, etc. You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup of agent’s within company systems as well as implementing changes in complex and critical databases. Responsibilities include support for implementation/integration or phases of larger implementation/integration projects, which include research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training delivery.

Role Responsibilities  

• Ensure a timely and accurate systems set up of all type of new Agents (Retail, APN, ABMT, Digital) and Commercial subscribers.

• Implement changes in complex and critical databases changes which have a direct impact on company’s ability to perform operations as well as accuracy behind financial reports.

• Support implementation/integration or phases of larger implementation/integration projects, which include research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training.

• Be responsible for agent full life-cycle of database maintenance integrity and recoverability, including post rollout review.

• Handle project documentation and develops presentations for communication, creates process flows and test cases, conducts system testing, recognizes problem areas, analyzes solutions and makes recommendations for resolution, proactively resolves issues.

• Perform under continuous alert mode and awareness of the task’s impact.

• Relate well cross-culturally and cross-functionally in order to perform responsibilities which are dependent on external input.

• Act as a mentor and provides support to colleagues across multiple sites during task transition and knowledge sharing activities.

Role Requirements 

• 2+ years’ experience in similar roles such as business analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficient user MS Office suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project)

• Demonstrated critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills required

• Ability to work in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables

• Experience with running meetings, prioritizing, resource coordination, participation in a bridge calls and escalation handling

• Experience with participation on a large scale projects, ensuring their successful execution and contribution to the OKRs

• Ability to build relationships throughout all levels of the organization
