For our client, we are seeking Senior Software Engineers with deep expertise in .NET and C# to lead the design and development of mission-critical systems across client domain. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, driving architectural decisions within a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions, from requirements gathering and architecture design to development, testing, and production deployment
- Owning and driving long-term technical initiatives and architectural improvements across systems
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Championing engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable design patterns
- Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to peers and junior engineers
- Proactively identifying and reducing technical debt, improving system resilience, and optimizing performance
- Leading incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
- Balancing multiple priorities at once, new features, production issues, support requests, and releases;
- Operating day-to-day within the project tools, codebase, infrastructure, and processes as part of the project team.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with C# and .NET
- Proven experience in architectural design, system scalability, and distributed systems;
- Financial services background would be considered as advantage;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning;
- Ability to balance delivery of business value with long-term technical strategy;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus;
- Strong advocate for collaborative development practices and continuous improvement;
- Ability to work independently and drive things forward;
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
