Job Summary
For our client, we are looking for Senior Software Engineers with strong expertise in JAVA to join a remote team developing and enhancing mission-critical software systems within the financial services industry.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable applications while collaborating with experienced engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to influence technical decisions and work in a modern Agile environment using best software engineering practices.
You will be part of a long-term team augmentation project supporting a global investment management organization. Depending on your experience and interests, you may join one of the following engineering teams:
Execution Technology
Develop systems responsible for routing, executing, and monitoring trades across global markets, including broker and venue connectivity, order routing, trade lifecycle management, and execution analytics.
Order Management and Analytics
Build and enhance the core Order Management System (OMS), supporting the complete investment order lifecycle-from order creation and compliance checks to routing, execution, allocations, and audit trails. This area requires a strong focus on correctness, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Enterprise Engineering
Develop and maintain shared internal platforms, APIs, CI/CD tooling, and engineering infrastructure that support multiple development teams. The focus is on scalability, reliability, automation, and improving the overall developer experience.

Stage 5: End Client Interview
Candidates who successfully complete the previous stages will proceed to the end client interview process.
This stage may include one or more interview rounds. The first interview is typically a 60 min. (live coding) + 30 min. soft-skills discussion, focusing on your technical expertise, project experience, system design approach, and problem-solving skills.
Stage 6: Offer and Onboarding
Successful candidates will receive an offer and begin the onboarding process.
