The role:

As a Senior RTR Analyst (Senior GL Accountant), you will help drive our goals by:

  • Reviewing and analyzing general ledger accounts and other accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies, taking corrective actions where necessary.

  • Overseeing and coordinating month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Leading the preparation of management accounts and reports for key business stakeholders

  • Performing trial balance reviews, consolidation activities, and month-end control processes, including support for statutory audits

  • Ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and company accounting policies

  • Leading financial analysis and support monitoring of financial and operational performance metrics to drive informed decision-making

  • Preparing presentations, standard and ad-hoc reports, and responding to business queries from stakeholders

  • Identifying opportunities to improve, standardize, and optimize RTR processes and internal controls

  • Acting as a key contact for business stakeholders and responding to complex accounting queries and reporting requests

  • Supporting process transitions, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within the RTR function

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience in a record-to-report role within a global corporate environment, with a strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting

  • Strong business orientation with analytical and lateral thinking skills, able to derive insights and connect information from multiple sources

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders fluently in English

  • Proactive, accountable and self-driven, with high integrity and attention to accuracy, consistently delivering on commitments

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including dashboard and presentation creation

  • High level of commercial awareness combined with a results-driven mindset and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
