About the role:
This is not your typical project management role. As a Senior Project Management Specialist reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll work on the most important initiatives shaping Signicat’s future and the future of digital trust in Europe.
The projects you lead will have real impact - helping prevent financial crime, money laundering, and identity fraud. Few roles offer the chance to work on something this meaningful while influencing how a leading SaaS scale-up grows.

What you will do:
- Assist the Chief Strategy Officer and other Top management team members in executing key strategic projects
- Support the planning, execution, and evolution of the strategic project portfolio to enable business growth and maximize value delivery
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify process gaps, drive improvements, and implement scalable solutions
- Ensure alignment across key stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Signicat’s project management function and ways of working
What we’re looking for:
- Drive and ambition to contribute towards building a European champion in Digital identity and Fraud mgmt. industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field; however, good and relevant work experience can be considered as a substitute for professional degrees
- 3+ years of experience leading or contributing to complex projects in Strategy, M&A or Operations
- Analytical experience and project “toolbox” – e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Common project frameworks
- Executive communication – mastery on clear and persuasive verbal/written communication in English
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards; Team first attitude – bias towards what’s right for business vs departmental goals; Candor with a clear orientation toward providing honest and constructive feedback; Continuous learning attitude, and ambition to solve critical “stretch” problems
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Proactiveness, accountability, result-orientation, with a clear result (over process) focus
What we consider as a plus:
- Industry knowledge within Digital Identity, Electronic Signing, Authentication and Fraud mgmt. space
- Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions and post-merger integrations
- Experience within Strategy consulting or corporate finance
- Experience with large Tech migration or product development projects

Salary
4000-5400 €/mon. gross. We are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
