We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us at Telia.

I’m Remigijus Brasius, Head of Telco Products Development, and I’m building the next growth chapter for Telia beyond connectivity. I’m looking for a Senior Product Manager (New Business & VAS) who wants real ownership — to develop new business in security and value‑added services and turn ideas into revenue‑generating products. If you want influence, trust, and space to build, this role is for you.

What you’ll do: 

• Own new business development in security and value‑added services - from opportunity discovery to market success.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps.
• Validate concepts with customers and partners.
• Lead products through launch and scaling.
• Work cross ‑ functionally across sales, technology, legal, and operations.
• Ensure our VAS portfolio delivers clear customer value and sustainable growth.
• Have mandate, visibility, and responsibility to shape Telia’s future revenue streams.

What will help you thrive in this role: 

The suitable candidate is a senior professional who combines a strong strategic and commercial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities. Success in this role requires proven ownership, sound decision-making, and solid stakeholder management skills.

• Prior experience as Product Manager or Business Developer.
• Proven experience developing products or services from concept to market success.
• Deep understanding of security and/or digital value-added services.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (both written and spoken).

Monthly salary range for this position – 4600-5500 EUR (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
