Your day-to-day:
- Preparing high-quality, impactful content (thought leadership articles, press releases, commentary opps, etc.).
- Planning & running PR campaigns.
- Contribute to monitoring the company's public image to maintain and protect its reputation.
- Research industry trends, news angles, and competitive landscape to identify PR opportunities.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with journalists and media contacts.
- Project/stakeholder management in all stages.
- Prepare and coach executives for media interviews, briefings, and public speaking.
- Pitching speaking opportunities at industry or top events.
- Participate in crisis comms preparation/management.
- Industry media monitoring and reporting, close following of trade media developments.
- Partner and guide the PR data analyst for newsworthy data-driven projects.
- Collaborate with PR Content Manager on editorial calendar and messaging consistency.
- Ensure all communications align with Oxylabs key messages.
- Overlooking various third-party suppliers (e.g. Agencies, freelancers).
Your skills & experience:
- 3+ years of experience in PR, content marketing, or journalism.
- Track record of running PR campaigns from ideation through execution.
- Media relations experience - established relationships with tech/business journalists.
- Experience with both proactive campaigns and reactive/crisis communications.
- Understanding of PR metrics and how to measure success.
- Excellent written English with proven editing skills.
- Portfolio of published work: articles, press releases, research reports.
- Experience briefing and preparing spokespeople for media interviews.
- Strong fact-checking, quick research, and verification skills.
- Interest in technology and innovation.
- Ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Can work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Goal-oriented, analytic, and data-driven growth mindset.
- Global B2B Tech market experience
- Microsoft’s suite,
- PR tools (Cision, Brand24 etc.)
- Ideally proven experience with the following tools: Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Upwork (freelancers management), Similarweb.
