Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our global paid acquisition campaigns. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic planning, testing, and collaboration to drive measurable business impact. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across search, social, app, and programmatic, optimising performance and ensuring budgets deliver maximum ROI.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Senior Performance Marketing Manager:

• Set up and manage campaigns globally across Paid Search, Paid Social, Google App, Apple Search Ads, and Programmatic Display Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and deliver weekly/monthly reporting.
• Define account strategies and plan campaigns to meet growth objectives.
• Run A/B testing and experiment with creative, audience, and channel strategies.
• Brief creative teams and test AI tools for scalable content production.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to improve user journeys and conversion.
• Build relationships with media owners and partners to access betas and cutting-edge tools.
• Contribute to creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers.

Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior Performance Marketing Manager:

• 5+ years managing successful campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and Programmatic Display Ads.
• Proficiency with measurement and attribution tools (AppsFlyer preferred), platform pixels, SDKs, Google Analytics, and GTM.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
• Experience running A/B tests and analysing results.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.

And if you can also do this stuff, even better: 

• Knowledge of an additional language.
• Experience in fintech or competitive industries.
