About the role
As a Senior Information Architect, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of information architecture and data governance within defined data domains. You will act as the leader and authority for information design – setting direction, defining standards, and ensuring high‑quality, business‑ready data across the organization.
You will be part of the Information Architecture chapter and work closely with development teams, data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. A strong understanding of business needs in your data domains is essential, as you will translate them into sustainable information models and data standards.
What are you going to do?
- Own and lead information architecture within assigned data domains, acting as the primary point of accountability.
- Define and maintain information models, naming conventions, and data standards used across operational and analytical solutions.
- Establish and uphold data quality frameworks, including clear quality criteria and follow‑up mechanisms.
- Lead complex, cross‑stakeholder discussions and drive decisions on data structure, quality, and usage.
- Ensure business and analytical data requirements are clearly embedded in data development and user stories.
- Initiate and drive data quality and data improvement initiatives together with business stakeholders.
- Support the development of scalable operational and analytical data services.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in data engineering, IT analysis, solution architecture, product ownership, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of information and data modelling and the IT development lifecycle.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating complex data‑ or analytics‑related initiatives.
- Ability to take ownership, bring structure to complex topics, and lead through influence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and understanding of at least one Baltic language.
- Work experience in Agile environment and understanding insurance business is a strong advantage.

- Monthly salary : 5300 – 6000 Eur gross, if you are employed in Lithuania; 4400 – 5100 Eur gross, if you are employed in Latvia; 5000 – 5800 Eur gross, if you are employed in Estonia*. Additionally, there is an annual bonus. (*Please note that the specific amount varies due to different employment taxation in Baltic countries.)
