Develop and execute media buying strategies for global D2C brands
Take full ownership of our Google Ads account, leading the ideation and execution of innovative campaigns that propel channel growth month after month
Plan and manage advertising budgets and campaign pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics
Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate different campaign elements and identify areas for improvement
Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and interests for effective ad targeting
Keep up to date with the newest and hottest marketing trends, as well as implement new ideas, formats, and angles into the work
Our expectations for you:
At least 3+ years of experience in media buying on Google
Proven track record in managing large monthly advertising budgets
Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
Experience with YouTube advertising
Experience with subscription-based products
A performance-oriented approach, constantly monitoring and interpreting KPIs
Strong interest and curiosity in the world of progressive digital advertising & e-commerce
Ability to bring ideas and strategies to the table
