Our Capital Events team is at the forefront of managing complex transactions and providing crucial insights for our private equity clients.

Your Role: 

As a Senior Fund Accountant in our Private Equity Capital Events team, you will assume a supportive role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of capital transactions, timely delivery and maintenance of all internal risk control procedures.
  • Assist with capital event processes from start to finish based on service level agreements (SLA’s).
  • Participation in assigned projects to support business needs and priorities.
  • Attending to queries raised by clients while interacting with managers, colleagues and counterparties in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Identifying any potential issues and escalating where required.
  • Implement and optimize data-driven processes for efficient capital event management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data integration.
  • Assist in the development of automated reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing capital event workflow.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in private equity, fund administration, data analysis or related financial services. 
  • Prior knowledge of private equity structures, capital flows, and industry trends.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to interact effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment under supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Ambitious to learn more about Private Equity investment industry.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Private Equity or alternative investments.
  • Familiarity of regulatory requirements affecting private equity funds.
  • Understanding of advanced Excel functions.
  • Familiarity with Private Equity LPA covenants, ILPA requirements.

 

Salary Ranges

1700 - 2500 EUR GROSS
