What you'll be doing
We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 CE to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country. Our client is in the process of building a new foundational CRM system for its personal advisers. They need three skilled and independent consultants with strong hands-on experience who can rapidly understand our point of departure, pick up the work immediately, and drive CRM development forward together with our client teams. The consultants will be a part of the Customer Engagement Individuals Department and be a part of our client's theme on CRM.
We are seeking Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultants who can quickly understand our clients' current setup, take ownership, and drive development forward. The role requires solid experience in configuring, customising, and developing CRM solutions, including optimising workflows and ensuring seamless platform functionality. While close collaboration with our client teams is essential, the primary focus is strong technical execution and the ability to maintain momentum in a cross-functional environment. Alongside delivery, consultants should support targeted upskilling through clear walkthroughs and pairing, and bring strong communication, documentation discipline, stakeholder management, and pragmatic problem-solving.
