Senior FP&A & Reporting Specialist

The Role

We are seeking an energetic and highly analytical Senior FP&A & Reporting Specialist to join our team. You’ll lead the design of automated, insight-driven financial reporting and forecasting that empower leadership to make faster, data-backed decisions. This role blends traditional FP&A analysis with process improvements and data automation — driving scalable reporting and improving financial visibility across the business. You will interact directly with stakeholders across the company, including at the executive and board level, making this an exciting opportunity to influence the purpose and direction of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Insights:
• Lead design and delivery of financial and performance reporting, including insights to the board, investors, and C-team to empower senior leadership in making data-driven decisions.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve financial and performance dashboards (P&L, Balance sheet, KPIs, forecasts).
• Process Automation & Improvement:
• Enhance and automate financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and data integrity.
• Automate manual FP&A workflows (forecast models, management reporting).
• Collaborate with the Data team to integrate key financial files with our business intelligence system (Tableau).
• Analysis & Data Integrity:
• Own data validation and reconciliation between FP&A models and accounting actuals, ensuring consistency in reported results.
• Support scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis for the Head of FP&A and CFO.
• Support forward-looking capital adequacy and liquidity forecasting and reporting in coordination with the Accounting and Liquidity teams.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
• A background combining audit (e.g., Big 4) and at least 1-2 years in a dedicated FP&A role would be ideal.
• Professional finance certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is a significant plus.

Skills & Mindset:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and data automation.
• Hands-on experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) or SQL-based data analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key business metrics.
• An exceptional detail-oriented approach with a strong process-improvement mindset.
• The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting to senior managers.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual comfortable owning end-to-end analytical initiatives.
